Guide On How To Fill Up the Tenant Online Application Form
- Apply only if you have a good credit history. We don’t want to waste your and our time. If you don’t have a good credit history, your application will be declined.
- Apply only if the property you are applying for is your first choice. This means that you are keen to sign a tenancy agreement, if your application is approved.
- All applicants ages eighteen (18) years or older (hereinafter referred to as “adults”) will need to fill up an online application form. The first applicant of the group needs to fill up an online application form submitting a unique mobile number and a unique email address. He/She needs to list all adult co-applicants’ full names and their respective unique mobile numbers and unique email addresses. The first applicant also needs to list the full names of any co-applicant who is younger than eighteen (18) years of age (hereinafter referred to as a “minor”). The second adult applicant and other adult applicants will receive links via their email addresses triggered by the first adult applicant’s application. These other applicants will need to do what the first applicant has done.
- We will do background and credit checks on adult applicants. If approved, adult applicants will be co-signatories of the tenancy agreement and be considered tenants. Those applicants who are minors will be considered “residents” and will not need to sign. We will not do any checks on minors.
- If any of the applicants other than the first makes a mistake and fills up the tenant online application form directly via the Tenant Online Application Form in the MDG website, just inform us and we will make this applicant part of the group.
